Raben Logistics Polska secures a lease in Panattoni A2 Warsaw Park

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has represented Raben Logistics Polska, a provider of comprehensive logistics services, in its lease for 30,000 sq m of warehouse space in Panattoni A2 Warsaw Park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.  

The Raben Group, present on the market for nearly 90 years, began operations in Poland in 1991. It has a well-developed network of terminals across the country and over 25 years of experience in logistics services. The Group’s companies are located in 12 European countries, including the Czech Republic, Estonia, the Netherlands, Germany, Romania, Ukraine and Italy. 

Raben is a very savvy and discerning tenant when it comes to project requirements. The challenges of this transaction included not only proposing a suitable location, but first of all ensuring that a building provided by the developer would meet the tenant’s technical specification,” said Joanna Sinkiewicz, Partner, Head of the Industrial and Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield. 

Panattoni A2 Warsaw Park is located close to Warsaw, in the vicinity of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki interchange and the A2 motorway. It will offer nearly 102,500 sq m of Class A warehouse and office space. The facility is suitable for logistics operations and meets the technical requirements and needs of tenants operating in a variety of sectors.
