Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, acted as the agent in the purchase of the Nowy Targ, Wrocław and High5ive II phase, Kraków, office buildings from Skanska.
Nowy Targ is an A-class office building offering a total of 22,800 sqm. of leasable space spread over seven floors with 195 underground parking places. The building is situated in the heart of Wrocław city center, at Św. Katarzyna street, just a 5-minute walk from the city’s historic Town Hall. Due to its localization, the property has perfect public transport connections from various place in town. The top floors have a panoramic view of the Wrocław. Nowy Targ has already Green Building certification.
The High5ive consists of five office buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 70,000 sqm. localized next to Kraków’s Central Railway Station, Galeria Krakowska shopping center and the historical center of the city. The second phase is the third and fourth building which will provide a 37,500 sqm of modern office space and 414 parking places. Both properties are under construction with completion dates scheduled on the fourth quarter of 2019 and the first quarter of 2020.
All three buildings are aiming for LEED Platinium and "Building without Barriers" certificates.
