On 24-25 October 2019, the Airport Okęcie Hotel in Warsaw will host the 13th Real Estate Management Congress, organised by the Editorial Board of Real Estate Manager. This year’s event has been titled “NEXT GENERATIONS BUILDINGS - to support clients core business”.
The 13th Real Estate Management Congress will be attended by approximately 400 CRE professionals. The Congress, which is addressed to property managers and owners, architects and designers in particular, will span two days and feature discussion panels as well as lectures and talks delivered by market specialists. Its topics will include new technologies and innovations used in modern buildings. One of the speakers will be Aleksander Szybilski, Associate, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield, who will chair a discussion panel “Space and Soft Services Management”. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the role of relocation in building the strategic role of real estate and FM departments, how firms faced with high expectations deal with requirements management, and about the significance of acoustics, well-being and a reception desk in an office.
“The Real Estate Management Congress is an excellent opportunity to meet a range of tenants wanting an update on the latest industry trends and to acquaint yourself with new services and products offered by suppliers to the property market in general. Our key focus, however, is on the perspective of commercial property management teams, including office building managers, and on finding an answer to the question ‘How should they develop, advance and change to be able to meet the growing demands of their organisations?’ I am pleased that Aleksander will chair a discussion on workplace and, together with other participants, will identify key areas to watch in the coming years,” says Krzysztof Kogut, Editor-in-Chief of Real Estate Manager, Forum Media Polska Sp. z o.o.
“Given the ongoing global economic and societal transformations, designing a future-proof space is quite a challenge. During the conference, together with real estate users, advisers and tech companies serving the property market, we will do our best to identify the best solutions to help with this. The discussion with experts will help us review current global trends and indicate the most promising ones that are likely to catch on in our market,” adds Aleksander Szybilski, Associate, Workplace Strategy, Cushman & Wakefield.
